Mike LiPetri, ESQ.

Mike LiPetri is an attorney for The D’Amato Law Group. His expertise includes the areas of environmental protection, housing, renewable energy, emerging technologies, public safety, gaming, and regulatory matters before New York State agencies and local governments.

Prior to joining The D’Amato Law Group and Park Strategies. Mr. LiPetri was elected to the New York State Assembly where he served with distinction on numerous committees. These committees included: Ranking Member of the Racing and Waging Committee, Environmental Conservation Committee, Housing Committee, Corporations, Authorities, and Commissions Committee, and Social Services Committee.

While serving as a New York State Assemblyman, Mr. LiPetri Co-Chaired the New York State Assembly Minority Task Force on Water Quality. In that capacity, he presided over several hearings across the state which included various stakeholders to address issues including lack of available clean water, water contamination, and aging water infrastructure.

In addition, Mr. LiPetri was selected as Long Island Business News’ “30 Under 30” Top Young Leaders.

Mr. LiPetri earned his J.D. at Albany Law School of Union University where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Albany Government Law Review.
